Poster Paper Artwork Specs / File Tips

• Uploaded files must be under 100 MB. 
• No bleeds are necessary
• Set up your artwork proportionate to the exact banner size you are ordering
• Keep text and important images at least 2" away from the edge to prevent the hems or grommets from going through them
• Convert all text to outlines
• Make sure no elements are selected for “Overprint”
• Make sure all blacks are set to a rich black CMYK mix of(100-100-100-100)

Files that print best are:

• .eps
• .pdf

**Please note if your artwork contains complex gradients, textures, patterns or you are creating it in a design software, please flatten your artwork to avoid any printing issues**

We can also print 300 dpi or higher resolution files:

• .tif
• .jpg
• .png

We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

We print customer-provided files as they arrive, so we cannot guarantee color, clarity, or final output because we are simply printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) color profile standards to ensure accurate color production for your wholesale posters

Poster Paper Finishing Options

Standard finishing is cut to size, so that it is exactly how you or your customer will need it to look and fit in your space.

You can also have your customizable poster paper laminated on the front side or laminated on both the front and back sides.

Payment

All orders for poster paper and custom wholesale posters must be paid for prior to being put into production.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your poster order will not be put into production until your credit card is approved.

Checks

We also accept checks, and we must receive your check before your order will be put into production.

Please note that we do have a minimum order of $30.00 if you choose to pay with a check.

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order

Poster Paper Shipping Time Tables

Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order.

You will receive a tracking number once your wholesale poster paper has been shipped.

We now offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping can add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
