Fabric Flag Materials

All flags are printed on fabric using a direct dye sublimation printing process. This means that the ink goes through the fabric rather than sit on top of the fabric. This printing process creates an eye-popping print.

Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process, it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.

What is the expected lifespan of your Fabric Flags?

Our Fabric Flags have an estimated lifespan of 3 to 6 months of continuous outdoor use.

Do your Fabric Flags come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer an prorated monthly basis for our Fabric Flags.

For example, a prorated Fabric Flag that fails 2 months after proper installment will be replaced and we will cover 33% of the replacement cost for a new Fabric Flag.

Our flag material is lightweight and is rated for 3-6 months when used continuously outdoors.

• Single/Reverse - Flags are printed on flag fabric and are a single layer. Which allows the ink to penetrate the back, causing the image to be in reverse. Meaning the image on the back of the flag will read backwards.

• Double-Sided - Flags are printed on flag fabric. For every double sided flag ordered there are two flags printed and then sewn together with a blockout liner between. Any wording and/ or images will always be seen the correct way.

Fabric Flag Artwork Specs / File Tips

• Uploaded files must be under 100 MB. 
• No bleeds are necessary
• Set up your artwork proportionate to the exact banner size you are ordering
• Keep text and important images at least 2" away from the edge
• Convert all text to outlines
• Make sure no elements are selected for “Overprint”
• Make sure all blacks are set to a rich black CMYK mix of (100-100-100-100)

Files that print best are:

• .eps
• .pdf

**Please note if your artwork contains complex gradients, textures, patterns or you are creating it in a design software, please flatten your artwork to avoid any printing issues**

We can also print 300 dpi or higher resolution files:

• .tif
• .jpg
• .png

We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

Fabric Flag Finishing Options

Fabric flags are US made and fire rated. They can be printed up to 58" wide. Anything larger than 58" in one direction will have seams.

Finishing Options:

Flags are finished with a canvas header with two grommets. Hems and grommets and pole pockets are also available for flags.

Our flexible production times range from two to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

2 Business Days Express:

Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

This Product is made in our Minnesota Facility ONLY.

Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order. 

We now offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping can add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. 

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Flying Banner Displays

There are three types of flying banner displays: the Rectangle Flag, the Razor Flag, and the Tear Drop Flag. All three flags are available in the small, medium and large sizes. The flags are printed on our mirror fabric, the lightest weight fabric that we offer. You can choose from a spike base, a water and cross foot base, or a heavy-duty cross foot base.
