Shipping Terms

Outbound Shipping 

All of our products are shipped using UPS. Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. We have two production facilities in the United States. We offer a 1-3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States. If you have questions about your shipping, please contact a customer service representative. 

Shipping Methods: You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Overnight
  • UPS Overnight AM

Please specify which shipping method you would like when placing your order. Otherwise it will be shipped UPS Ground by default. Please note that UPS does not deliver ground packages on Saturday or Sunday. If you need a package delivered on Saturday, please contact a customer service representative for more information.

Oversized Products and Flat Sign Shipping Map

Our large banners, flat signs and speciality products are produced and shipped out of our Minnesota production facility. Please note, due to UPS shipping restrictions, banners that exceed 8' in both directions will generally be folded for shipping (billboards, large backdrops etc.)

Ship dates are established from the time receives proof approval and are shipped using UPS. is not responsible for any errors that are made by the UPS including damages to the product. will not be held responsible for weather, Acts Of God, or other things we cannot control. does not deliver to P.O. boxes, a street address must be provided for every order.

After product has shipped, all shipping company terms & conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. If you have a deadline, you must request expedited shipping as ground shipments are NOT guaranteed. We will not refund the order cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in the delivery of your package. All refunds are limited to actual shipping cost refunded to from shipping company. Terms for the shipping company still apply to lost packages.

Shipping insurance is available at the Customer's expense. 5% of total order is charged for insurance. supplies shipping insurance at our cost on all orders over $500 in value. If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent, see REFUNDS section of the Terms & Conditions for further information.

Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss, this generally takes 7-10 business days after initial lost product inquiry.

Again, please order early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our facility.
