We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Your order will not be put into production until your credit card is approved.

Checks

We also accept checks. We must receive your check before your order will be put into production. Please contact a customer service representative for more information about check payments.

Please note that we do have a minimum order of $30.00

Production Time Tables

Our flexible production times range from three to seven business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

3 Business Day Express:

Have an extra two days, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy enough for almost any custom order.

Artwork Requirements

Files that print best are:

• .eps
• .pdf

• Artwork within the file can be flattened/rasterized, but a vector file is required to have the cut path indicated by a vector stroke line.

File Requirements

• Set up to file to the size you’re ordering the product as. 
• Cut line is indicated with a vector stroke line. Pink is the preferred color.
• All decal files require a minimum of 1/16" bleed. 
• Convert all text to outlines.
• Make sure no elements are selected for "Overprint"

*We recommend choosing rich black (100-100-100-100) over CMYK (0-0-0-100). Rich black is true black — it has a less charcoal gray appearance *

We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

If you are concerned about the file output we will be happy to do a test print for a nominal fee prior to final order if requested.

All our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

How to Apply Your DTF Heat Transfer

Applying your DTF Heat Transfer is simple - even for beginners and can be done with both a commercial heat press or an at home iron. 

1. Prep your surface: Start by making sure the item you're transferring onto is clean and wrinkle-free. Give the material a quick press to help ensure a smooth application surface

2. Position your design:  Place your DTF transfer onto your desired surface with the clear film (masking) side facing up.

3. Apply Heat:

• For cotton T-shirts: Press at approximately 350°F for 15 seconds.
• For sweatshirts: Press at the same temperature for 30 seconds.
• For polyester fabrics: Reduce the temperature to around 290°F and press for 15 seconds.

4. Peel Away: Allow the transfer to cool before peeling the film off in one smooth, even motion. 

Optional: for best results after peeling, put a piece of parchment paper over the image and repress for 5 seconds.
