Sintra Sign Material

Sintra signs are printed on a 4' x 8' white material that is 3 mm or 6 mm thick. The signs are digitally printed in vibrant full color on a 4 x 8 sheet. They are printed with a full bleed, meaning that the graphics printed on this sign will be right up to the edge of the material.

Sintra Sign Printing

The signs are printed in full color with a full bleed. You can select one of our sign templates to customize in the online designer with our background images, clip art images and text. You can also upload your own images.

Sintra Sizes

The maximum print size is a 4 foot by 8 foot sign. You can select one of our custom sizes from the drop down menu or request a custom Sintra quote here.

Sintra Sign Finishing Options

All Sintra signs are printed on a 4' x 8' sheet. Standard finishing for Sintra sign printing is a full bleed, or when the ink goes all the way to the edge of the sign. Shape cuts are available when you work with a customer service representative.

You can print multiple files on the 4' x 8' sheet.

Sintra Sign Artwork Specs / File Tips

• Uploaded files must be under 100 MB. 
• 1/4” bleed per side is needed for Sintra and Styrene signs
• Keep text and important images at least 2" away from the edge
• Convert all text to outlines
• Make sure no elements are selected for “Overprint”
• Make sure all blacks are set to a rich black CMYK mix of (100-100-100-100)

Requirements for setting up a 4x8 sheets

• ¼” bleed (per side)
• ¼” away from edge of the sheet
• ½” spacing between signs

Files that print best are:

• .eps
• .pdf

**Please note if your artwork contains complex gradients, textures, patterns or you are creating it in a design software, please flatten your artwork to avoid any printing issues**

We can also print 300 dpi or higher resolution files:

• .tif
• .jpg
• .png

We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

Payment Options

All custom sintra signs must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Please note that we do have a minimum order of $30.00 if you are planning to pay with a check. Please contact a customer service representative for more information about check payments.

Production Time Tables

Our flexible production times range from two to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

2 Business Days Express:

Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

• Orders approved after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day,

• Note: The time it will take to receive your product includes the production time as well as the shipping time.
• Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. If an order is flagged in our prepress department or a proof is requested awaiting approval, turnaround starts from the time the approval is given.

3 Business Days Standard:

This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy enough for almost any custom order.

Shipping Information

Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order or it will be shipping via UPS Ground.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

We now offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping can add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. We offer the following shipping methods:

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. 

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the flag cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your signs early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order your signs early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
