Issues & Resolutions

In the unlikely even that our products do not meet your standards or are defective, we offer many resolutions to resolve the issue. Depending on the nature of the problem, you may have the following resolutions to choose from:

  • Please send me my missing product.
  • I would like an in-house credit for the value of my missing product.
  • I would like you to reprint and ship my product.
  • I would like to receive in-house credit for the damaged part of my order.
  • I would like a replacement with a better print.
  • I can use the product as I received it and would like a 40% in-house credit toward a future order.
  • I was able to use the product but would like a 15% In-House Credit for the value of the item.
  • I cannot use the product as is I would like a 25% discount on a new product.
  • I would like a replacement for the missing part of my transfer cut.
  • I would like to have my entire decal reprinted please.
  • I would like a different product.
  • I would like an in-house credit for this product.
  • I would like to speak to someone about getting this corrected.
  • I would like to get the product in the correct size.
  • I would like you to reprint and ship my correct product.
  • I would like you to send me a grommet kit.
  • I would like someone to contact me for assistance.
