  4 mm Corrugated Plastic Material

These signs are digitally printed in full color on a 4 mm white corrugated plastic material. This material has hollow flutes in it similar to cardboard, which run horizontally on a 4’ x 8’ sheet (the 96 in direction.)

The 4 mm corrugated plastic material is durable, lightweight, waterproof, and can be printed single sided or double sided, making this product a great option for outdoor advertising.

Artwork Specs / File Tips

• Uploaded files must be under 100 MB. 
• No bleeds are necessary
• Set up your artwork proportionate to the exact banner size you are ordering
• Keep text and important images at least 2" away from the edge
• Convert all text to outlines
• Make sure no elements are selected for “Overprint”
• Make sure all blacks are set to a rich black CMYK mix of (100-100-100-100)

Files that print best are:

• .eps
• .pdf

**Please note if your artwork contains complex gradients, textures, patterns or you are creating it in a design software, please flatten your artwork to avoid any printing issues**

We can also print 300 dpi or higher resolution files:

• .tif
• .jpg
• .png

We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

Finishing Options

The standard finishing for a corrugated plastic sign is 1/2" white margin around the perimeter of the sign. You can also get a full bleed (color printed to the edge of the sign). Yard signs can be printed single sided or double sided. 

*Please note, all coroplast yard signs will be cut 1/8th of an inch on each side to allow for finishing. (ex. a 18" x 24" yard sign will actually ship out to you as a 17.75" x 23.75" yard sign.) Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

Shipping

We now offer economy shipping as an option. Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. 

Freight Shipping

Some corrugated plastic signs may need to go freight. If you need to go freight, you will need to contact a customer service representative to go over the details. Freight shipments require a loading dock and machines to unload the truck.
