Our double-sided pole banners are printed on a high quality13-oz. vinyl material. These street pole banners are usually used for cities and schools to welcome people, promote an event or simply to boost team spirit. They are great for holiday and seasonal celebrations. 

We offer the hardware for mounting the banners on light poles or we can make the banners for an existing bracket system.

Double Sided Pole Banner Material

Double Sided Pole Banners are digitally printed in full color. 

13 oz Vinyl Banner Material

The standard material is 13 oz scrim vinyl. Our scrim vinyl has a woven nylon fiber inside the material that gives the banner extra strength. The material is rated for indoor and outdoor use.

Finishing Options

Pole Pockets

By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner.  We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.

Pole Pocket Size Option

3" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/4" diameter pole.

Pole Pockets

By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2",  3", or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.

Pole Pocket Size Options:

2" pole pocket - fits a 3/4" diameter pole.

3" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/4" diameter pole.

4" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/2" diameter pole.

**Please Note**

Pole banners are intended to be used with adjustable hardware. Most commercial banner hardware is adjustable and we do not recommend our product to be used with any non-adjustable/stationary hardware and we will not be held liable if your product doesn't fit. During the printing process, the banners are heated and cooled which may cause the material to expand or shrink, thus we cannot guarantee an exact fit.

Shipping

Please specify which spinning method you would like when you place your order.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

We now offer economy shipping as an option. We have a selection of economical courier services that we use for domestic shipping. Using economy shipping can add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service prior to ordering: phone: 320-391-5297.

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. Artwork Specs / File Tips

  • Uploaded files must be under 100 MB. 
  • No bleeds are necessary
  • Set up your artwork proportionate to the exact banner size you are ordering
  • Keep text and important images at least 2" away from the edge
  • Convert all text to outlines
  • Make sure no elements are selected for “Overprint”
  • Using black ink:
    *We recommend choosing rich black (100-100-100-100) over CMYK (0-0-0-100). Rich black is true black — it has a less charcoal gray appearance *

Files that print best are:

  • .eps
  • .pdf

**Please note if your artwork contains complex gradients, textures, patterns or you are creating it in a design software, please flatten your artwork to avoid any printing issues**

We can also print 300 dpi or higher resolution files:

  • .tif
  • .jpg
  • .png

We print in four color CMYK or six color CMYKLcLm. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in RGB format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to International Color Consortium (ICC) coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.
